Great product, I’ve used lump charcoal from bigger box stores but there is more dust than lump in their bags. With Firewood Hawaii I am not having that problem. I’m getting large pieces which allows me to use less charcoal and get better control of my grill temp. Customer service is top notch too. I will continue to get my charcoal from you guys

Not only did they deliver to my camp site and save the entire weekend, but they were able to move mountains--even after a miscommunication on my part. So glad to FINALLY get my hands on this wood, they've been sold out for a while. My order shipped to Las Vegas was well wrapped and taken care of. The folks there did a good job of accommodating my request to have mostly smaller pieces (with a few big pieces, to be fair). I am pleased with the quality of the wood, and could tell that it was properly dried before shipment. It made a wonderful batch of smoked meat and ribs, along with pulehu ribs. I would absolutely buy it again, so long as they don't run out.
