Collection: Natural Hawaiian Firewood for Smoking

So glad to FINALLY get my hands on this wood, they've been sold out for a while. My order shipped to Las Vegas was well wrapped and taken care of. The folks there did a good job of accommodating my request to have mostly smaller pieces (with a few big pieces, to be fair). I am pleased with the quality of the wood, and could tell that it was properly dried before shipment. It made a wonderful batch of smoked meat and ribs, along with pulehu ribs. I would absolutely buy it again, so long as they don't run out.

This is the best batch if Kiawe I have seen in several years. Beautifully dried and sized chunks of the heart of the tree, with minimal bark and small branches. It smokes and burns perfectly. My steaks have been amazing and i cant wait to use this on my next brisket.
